Processing time
Every order is checked, packed, and handed to our courier within 2–3 business days. During big drops or sale weekends, give us up to 5.

Estimates start after processing, not from the moment you hit "place order."
Heads up: import duties or taxes charged on arrival are set by your country, not by us — they're the buyer's responsibility. MOSTLY WE USE DDP SERVICES.
Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships. If it stalls somewhere unfamiliar, email us before you panic — nine times out of ten, it's customs, not us losing your hoodie.
When things go sideways
Customs holds, weather, strikes, and other stuff outside our control can push delivery back. We'll do what we can from our end — thanks for being patient with the parts we can't control.
